In Memory of

Joseph WHITE of Harkerside

who died Sepr 2nd 1835 Aged 49 years

and Hannah daughter of Josh and Ann WHITE

who died Jany 22nd 1832 Aged 24 years

Elizabeth their daughter died

March 24th 1832 Aged 15 years

Also Joseph WHITE their grandson died

August 6th 1846 Aged 1 year

William their son died Feby 6th 1850 Aged 15 years

Thomas their son died Jany 28th 1857

Aged 47 years

Ann their daughter died July 5th 1858

Aged 36 years

And James Hannam their son

Died May 21st 1859 Aged 33 years

and the above Ann WHITE died

September 29th 1873 Aged 85 years

and Wilson their son who died

February 13th 1895 Aged 75 years

Also Joseph their son who died June 22nd 1897 Aged 85 years

(the lower part of the inscription was all in capitals and looked to have been done much later with almost a distinction in the stone)
